Well, Where do we start. We have been customers with Mike for over 10 yrs and up until the hail storm a yr ago we had not had a claim.
Now we have had several weather and climate events affect our properties.
We have had to fight every inch of the way only to lose in the end. Customer service and professionalism is non-existent at this agency. We have never once received what we were paying for. Always a blanket statement from them in mostly 1 sentence explanations . " That's not covered"
Look elsewhere.
