Do not use this agent!! Worst customer service ever. Called 4 days before I received a return call. My Mom's policy expired and they won't renew. And he was no help. Check out a different agent!

Farmers claim personnel favors whts has at least three times decided on helping the other ins company,who straight out lied. They never investigate or acknowledge our ver of accident just immediately sided for other company. I don't think any minority should do bus with this ins co farmers.
