The way they treat people here is amazing. Bonnie helped me when I first set up my policy. If USAA turns out to be not as reliable as Farmers I will be returning. It is nice to be able to walk in and talk to your agent in person instead of on the phone like we have to with USAA.

We had some kind of clog in our pipes ,water coming up in the bathtub and underneath the commodes farmers was great in responding to my problem thank you so much for your help
