Unfortunately they do NOT do their jobs following up and I ended up uninsured and so did my daughter. Then they acted very unprofessional and left me without any options. Randy was extremely helpful in finding a good insurance plan that was much less expensive than the pricing of marketplace plans I had researched. I highly recommend him.

I was initially satisfied with Randy Roberts' help in finding suitable health coverage. But months later when a question arose and we had to deal with other agents, Randy was extremely rude on the phone with them. He belittled the other person, was quite condescending ("if you are too stupid to fix this, put someone on who can"), and threw out racist comments ("this is why we need a wall...to keep people like you out"), began politicking ("I voted for Trump and anyone who didn't is an idiot", "Obama f*&cked up our system and now our great president must fix it"), and much more. I was in shock. He consistently rolled his eyes and made demeaning gestures as he was talking. I couldn't believe a professional was acting like this. He ended up hanging up on the person and I had to just walk out because I was so upset by his behavior and treatment to another human being. A few days later, I went online and discovered that my health insurance had all been completely canceled by Randy without my knowing it. My premium had already been paid and I gave no permission for him to cancel anything. This was the most unprofessional behavior both personally and professionally I've ever experienced.

There was some issue caused by either healthcare.gov or Randy's office which resulted in my fiance being uninsured. Randy handled the situation unprofessionally and did not accept ownership for any part of the problem. He personally treated both my fiance and I disrespectfully.
