I was happy to know they are open until 7 pm since I am a workaholic.The customer service here is amazing. Mark Preiss was very patient while working with me on the affordable option. I was able to review not just one insurance option but multiple.
Mark made sure to advise me while allowing me to make my own choice. Mark made good explanations as to recommendations that will benefit me in the long run.
I would recommend everyone to go here to a one-stop shop. Instead of spending hours looking online for quotes and making extra work, save time and money. Go see Mark he will make sure to listen to what you want but be understanding, he will suggest and advise on best outcome for you. He is very informative. You will walk out with insurance card in hand. Can sign documents all electronically.

Hijgly unprofessional business practices. Posted hours are not followed. They closed well before their listed closing time simply because they felt like it. If they cannot follow their own set schedule imagine how they would disregard the importance your insurance accounts. Their amateur practices cost them a significant amount of patronage.

My mom barely speaks English, she’s asked and tried to confirm if her Honda Civic was insured, they say “yes! the Honda is covered!” meaning our Honda Pilot. They’ve been lying for years. Honda Civic gets registration renewed/inspection passing (which are both services you can only have when your vehicle is insured) for 4 years.

Maybe they’ll remember my coverage from the homeless shelter.

The insurance rates that they offer are great. People are very nice there. I've been going there for years.
