I’ve been a member of aaa since I started driving and have only ever used it maybe 3/4 times . The warranty on there car batteries is such a scam, I’ve had them out twice in one week and they won’t replace the battery saying to “recharge and retest” but the battery has died twice in one week but it’s “normal”
I went with my autistic friend. The people at the desk kept side eyeing us instead of offering help. When I asked if they had snacks, cause the child wanted a snack, the lady at the first desk, blonde, was very rude and responded with a big attitude"what kind of snack?!" I said any kind the child wants a snack. She told me that big lots is next door. She ultimately did bring us a bite sized candy, but she had a big attitude as if helping clients was an inconvenience.

the "receptionist" laughed at us when we stated that we thought we had the required documentation to do a title transfer, and they did not show us
the Title Transfer "check list" before we sat down
and waited almost 2 hours to be seen...
Anyway, make sure to call before you come,
ask for the Title Transfer Check List at the front desk,
and have all your documentation in order,
before you sit down to wait for service.

Tried several hours later with same result and no return call Finally drove to the store, 10 miles, and was told they no longer offer that service. Three ladies behind the desk, no line and when I asked why noone answers the phone their reply was "I have no idea". Terrible customer service
I purchased tickets for a train ride in Italy and when I was in Italy the train station would not honor my tickets. I've been trying to get a refund from AAA for these tickets that they sold me and it's been over 2 months that they have promised me a refund and I still have not been refunded. I had even purchased a $200 insurance policy for the trip and they're claiming that that will not cover the train tickets that were not honored in Italy. Absolutely ridiculous terrible customer service I will never go to this office again.
If I could leave zero stars I would. This used to be my go too for everything! Today I had the worst experience ever. Trying to transfer a car title into my name with my father as lien holder and Loretta laughing in his face and saying it’s not a thing when we have done it both at other places and at AAA itself. We have been AAA members for 30 years and this is the worst experience I have ever had. Teach your employees customer service and train them the right way. I have never met more stupid people in my life. The disrespect I felt today made me realize what is wrong with our world. Fix your staff. The fact that every person in that building customer wise was angry must say something. 10/10 do not recommend for anything! I work in the auto business a shop managers I used to recommend you guys. Now I will never recommend again.

On hold for 40 minutes this past weekend while in a vacation crisis situation and told they couldn't help me and attempted to transfer me again...now today a very rude receptionist lacking customer service skills as well as abysmal phone etiquette. Fridays incident was at the 1-888 number and today's incident was during a call to the Allentown/Downyflake office. What's happening AAA? This is Premier service?! I think not.
Customer service was impatient.

Well, I am in need of a map. I walk in and I had to sign in. Then I had to wait for a sales associate. I didn’t walk in for new car insurance which by the way they are double what I currently have. I walked in for a map, a simple map. Well the sales associate gave me all the papers. She walked me to the desk of old minions and told them to give me a map. One said is she now a member? No. Then you can’t have a map. Me: then can I buy one.
Minion: No.. me: ok I drove out of the way because a friend said “go to AAA they are always so nice and helpful!” AhhNOT.—— ok me: here are the comparison sheet, member book and your cards. Now I’m totally turned. If you can’t help a potential member ( the minions made that decision very easy )
Then I wonder how you treat a member now that they have already handed over the money. Now that’s service! AAA didn’t used to be this way. Makes it so much easier with the click of a button, my map will be here tomorrow. Thanks Amazon
I have been a AAA member for nearly 30 years and tow services are great but DO NOT USE THE BATTERY SERVICE. Technicians do not know what they are doing put the wrong battery in my car caused a bunch of electrical issues. Thankfully dealership fixed the issues but AAA HAS NOT RESOLVED ISSUE IN A YEAR. just a bunch of runaround s never call back or they just transfer to another number

I called to plan/book a flight, after two calls and a few back and forth emails of me asking her to research other dates, times, carriers she treated me as if I was an interruption on her day. She kept steering me towards one particular airline even though I asked her to research others for best prices. When I found better deals on line and told her about them, she got huffy with me and told me to go with what I found.
I pay my yearly dues for your expertise and for you to do your job, not get your attitude. If you don’t like your job, please leave and make room for someone else that may appreciate their customers!!! We count on you to give us information that we may not know, not to give you a hard time.
2 separate times I needed a tow in this jurisdiction and both times it was a run around, about 6.5 hours for tow truck to arrive. To top it off, tow truck driver said I wasn't there, when a roll back never passed me. If you're in this branches jurisdiction and need a tow, you're better off calling a towing outfit yourself and paying for it. At least far enough to get you out of this jurisdiction.
I've had AAA Premier for years - but today was absolute WORST experience with them! My rear tire blows/shredded on a very busy state highway during rush hour traffic. I barely made it to the side of the road - but am scared to death due to the high volume of speeding traffic.
I contact AAA at 4:30pm and am told by 5:42pm a driver will be there. 6pm, nobody shows! I call them again and am told that THEY CANT FIND MY REQUEST?!?! I repeat the system generated number for my request that is literally on the order - and they can't find it?!?! So they place a new request for me, this one now not until 7:30pm?! 3 HOURS on a dangerous and busy highway, for a tow truck?
The tow trucker driver called me and said that he was on his way to me org but then AAA called and canceled my order - sending him back home. But then once I called in asking for a status, they REsent him back to assist. This is not ok...and poor customer service.
AAA picked up my car from my driveway.....dropped off at a shop in Easton..... somehow my car no longer has a front bumper....called AAA this morning 7/6/2022 asked to get a call or email back before 2 pm...NO CALL!!!! NO EMAIL!!!! On Phone now with them said they would call back within a week....!!!!!!YES I SAID A WEEK!!! Premier Member for 4 Years!!!!!!!
Evelyn at this office just planned us a fabulous 8-day trip to Paris!! We returned yesterday and it was seamless. The drivers, tours, hotels she booked were professional and went above and beyond for us. Being handed an organized packet a week before flying with Covid info, QR codes, easy travel apps, and printed confirmations was a DREAM. We could not have done it ourselves. THANK YOU!
Car broke down on a particularly dangerous patch of highway, which was communicated to the AAA agent, who seemed like she had no clue what she was doing. We were told the tow would come around 6:45. We called again at that time to get an ETA, and we’re told that the tow had been rerouted and we would receive another text when one was dispatched, which the second agent assured us would be shortly. Half an hour later we called again and were basically accused by a man from dispatch that we were in a busy part of town and that we would have to wait four hours. I explained that the flares around our car had gone out and that we were being rocked from the close proximity of others speeding past on the highway, but was met with a tone and explanation that let me know the employee on the other end just didn’t care. Good to know we pay money for a train wreck of a service that, judging from other recent reviews, leaves it’s customers stranded. It’s laughable, the policeman who put the flares out for us warned us of how unreliable this service was around here, and even gave us the barracks number just in case this exact situation occurred.
I've had AAA for 15 years. I've barely had to use them but have felt better having them. Not after we tried to get a tow for our motorcycle. We have the motorcycle tow coverage. I send my request and have to use the horrible chat. The tow calls and they can't cover the motorcycle. AAA says I don't have it either. Then I talk to someone else who confirms I do but they have to find another tow company and they'll call back. Well 5 hours later no call back and we had to figure it ourselves.
Left me on the side of the road in 15 degree weather, and said sorry there is nothing we can do try back tomorrow, Like what?, why am I paying for service that leaves me hanging
AAA is only Getting worse and worse. I called for helped today, and AAA told me an exact time a company was coming to help me And they never showed up. This is the second bad experience with AAA after having over a 20 year membership
Stopped in to get a International Driving Permit. Staff was very helpful and efficient.
Used AAA for years, then I switched to someone else. I learned my lesson. If anything it's worth it just for the piece of mind.

Called for a tow at 9:45pm , they said someone would arrive at 10:45 I waited until 11:30 then called back because a driver never came and no one texted or called me. I then was told the tow truck driver canceled and that they were searching for another driver then waited two more hours just to tell me no one can come out anymore …. Terrible service quality , I’ve been a member for 12 years Gold membership and they clearly don’t care about there customers … slept in my car that night and had to borrow someone’s phone to make a call the next day since my phone died after waiting 4-5 hours for nothing

Was told by a travel employee that I had asked her to ckntoo many places and get prices for me. And that she already had a page full of notes and she was busy with other clients. I didn't know as a customer we were limited with the number of places we wanted to find outvabout. I had her only ck ck 3 locations at that time. Very unprofessional.
Been their customer for years but this Friday 6-11-2021 they didn't bother to answer their phone at all during a roadside emergency I had on a very rainy Friday night. They truly left me stranded this time. Thank

Stopped in this location to check on getting a triple-A membership for my son. Main counter had a sign that directed me to another area due to renovations. Went to the other area, where I was greeted by a glare - literally just a glare; no hello, nothing else. When I explained why I was there, she directed me to the insurance department. Upon going to that department, I found that nobody was working the counter and that the skeleton crew that was on duty could care less about who was there in their waiting area, as they just ignored the people when they would pop out momentarily. An older gentleman, who was also waiting, said that he was there for the same reason as I, and that he had been waiting for almost 20 minutes already without anyone acknowledging his presence. Once I heard that, I realized this was just another company that doesn't care about customer service anymore. As I walked out, I noticed an employee sitting behind the main counter playing with her hair, doing nothing, while customers were waiting. AAA loses another customer...
Worst service, have been on hold for almost 1/2 hours on the phone. Customer service is very poor
AAA provides great service. For the price, a membership is well worth the cost even if you only use the emergency road service every few years. I have had to get my car towed few times over the past several years. I never had to wait more than about half an hour for the service or tow truck to arrive.

AAA is awful. We call them to tow the car.. they say we will be there within the hour.. that was Friday..
We call them Friday again and they tell us that they can’t have anyone come out due to the weather and other emergencies.. after letting us sit there for over an hour thinking they were coming.. call them Saturday.. same story no trucks are avail.. it’s now Sunday and my car is still sitting waiting to be picked up. I don’t think I will ever pay for AAA ever. they are unreliable and a waste of money.
