She had spoke with us regarding a Home System Protection Coverage through State Farm for a small increase to the homeowners. We thought why not it is a small enough fee and we will probably never use it. We were wrong. Our water heater died around Veteran’s Day and we needed it replaced and we were dreading the cost. This turned out to be a good experience. This policy paid to replace the water heater and labor at a time before Thanksgiving and Christmas when money was tight. She processed our claim and personally reached out to the policy company and their representative and ensured everything was taken care of in a timely matter. Her personal care for their clients is amazing.

I actually landed Andrew as my insurance agent by accident. 13 years ago I tried getting motorcycle coverage through USAA, only to find out they weren't taking on new bike policies. Then I contacted the State Farm agent my mom uses, but got the run around and lackluster treatment from them, so I looked for an agent closer to me. The closest office was a location in Emmaus. So I call them and was connected to Andrew. Needless to say, he's the only agent I've dealt with for the past 13 years for a reason. Great guy who isn't going to give you the run around and is honest with you. Give him a shot, you'll be glad you did.

I recently took advantage of the savings available by getting the Drive Safe app for my smart phone. In my early 70's, the simple installation directions were just a tad opaque to me. In a very short time and with great humor, Stephanie had me on my way.

I've had State Farm for decades! The whole office staff has always treated me extremely well and courteously. They are always helpful - especially the time I ran into a downed tree just around a corner. The tree won that battle, but State Farm made the experience tolerable.
