I am deeply disappointed with Bankers Life. After the recent passing of my father, the delays and complications in releasing his annuity to my mother have been unacceptable. My father dedicated his life to securing this financial support for our family, and it feels like the company is playing games with our livelihood during an already difficult time. This experience feels like a betrayal, as my mother urgently needs these funds to live. I would not recommend Bankers Life, as they seem to prioritize their own interests over the families they are supposed to help. We are tired of there excuses, there lack of communication, give my mother the money that I know my father would want her to have. The lady that came to our house after his passing said she would receive the funds in 4-6 weeks. It will be going on almost 4 months with every excuse possible. To lost paperwork, wrong paperwork, you name it. Next is reaching out to our State Rep. You will not do this to my mother while she is already struggling with the sudden loss of her high school sweetheart after just celebrating there 49th wedding anniversary a week prior to his very unexpected death.

Bankers helped me protect my retirement.Their agents are very knowledgeable, they also provided me with life insurance, and counseled my husband on his social security. They are very helpful going through all the red tape and finding a plan the is most cost affective and fills your specific needs.

We signed up for Medicare, an adjustment was to be made, never received which was to take effect in December. I am still paying a significantly higher price than I should be for two additional months and ongoing and NO ONE RETURNS CALLS NOR CAN YOU REACH ANYONE.
