DO NOT USE TRUST THESE GUYS: While the agent who helped me was very kind, polite, and INITIALLY very helpful with giving me a good quote for auto insurance, that was the only good think that came out of using these guys. I was grossly misquote of which I was informed a month after the fact and again 2 months after the fact for a different misquote these people did. My first misquote resulted in an increase of $245 tacked onto my fixed policy, of which I was notified by Progressive in a month, and then I was retroactively tacked on another price of $500 of which neither this agent nor Progressive told me until I had to pay the first initial extra amount. Save yourself some trouble and just use a website for quoting insurance. And DO NOT TRUST Progressive Insurance.

I advise against going to this agency. At first my experience with them was excellent. Towards the end of my association with them, I had called to get a cheaper insurance rate through another company and they never followed through with it. When I cancelled my insurance with them I had sent a signed cancellation form and they confirmed they had received it. They never cancelled my insurance and I ended up being billed by my new insurance and my old insurance. Come to find out they never cancelled my insurance policy through them and claimed they never received the cancellation form. Be very mindful of what agents you choose to go through.

Best agency in the valley if you ask me. Almostb10 years with them and I dont have to worry about anything. Jim and Bob have given my family nothing but the best in service since day one. If you are looking for quality insurance and good people, this is where you want to be.
