I am working on a complaint directly to State Farm corporate regarding this shabby treatment. If this is acceptable behavior for State Farm agents, I never will be a customer.

Auto/rent insurance expired and began researching other insurance providers. Went into IFH... "insurance finder hell". Complex online quoting tools and phone#'s with no answer.... An online inquiry to State Farm, led to Insurance Specialist EmilyM to call. She got us needed quotes, helped review others information and created a final policy that included both cars and house rent. She understands REAL customer service and executed it to perfection. Keep Emily, and her team, we stay with State Farm. Move over Jake!!

I was originally quoted with discounts on my account, after one month the discounts were removed and I was charged extra for the premium increase. There’s no follow-up with customers unless it’s initiated by the customer.. I’ve tried for months to get my policy fixed with no success. I’ve been charged multiple times in one month and then months without being charged. I’ve addressed this with the office and was informed to wait, my account will eventually reflect all discounts and my monthly statement would be reflected… I’m still waiting.. Some consistency would be nice.
