Welcome to 2019! Cressman Insurance Agency was able to get me in and out the door in under an hour (probably closer to 30 minutes) as a new customer looking for renters and auto insurance policies. I worked with Allison, who was clearly very versed in her trade.

Cressman was great to deal with. I spoke with Allison, gave her our information and had quotes very quickly. The quotes were extremely competitive and better than our prior insurance company. Additionally, I'm not getting bombarded with emails and phone calls soliciting us for more business or referrals which was a huge issue with our last insurance company. Just switched from another insurance company to Cressman on Walbert Ave in Allentown. The previous company was not rated as high as Erie Insurance, so I decided to switch. To my surprise, the prices were competitive with my previous carrier. Then Cressman was extremely helpful, friendly to deal with, and a pleasure to discuss my needs. My insurance is quite complicated and extensive, but that did not seem to matter. Allison and Kim were super helpful with everything. I hope never to have to use the insurance services, but time will tell how easy that will be. I would rather not find out..... Allison and Kim are highly recommended to deal with.

You cannot get a better insurance company than Cressman/Erie Insurance, no one can beat their rates or their service! I have been with Erie since my teenage years (and that was a loooong time ago), switched several years back because my employer's insurance company came in with a lower rate, yeah for a year, and then their rates went up, up, up, and when we had issues they were HORRIBLE!!!! Returned to Cressman/Erie Insurance and I will not switch again to make the same mistake twice! All three of our children are adults and they all use Cressman too. My girl is Kim, but there are others there that will take care of you. :)

Nightmare. The treatment this agency doles out to customers is unspeakable. Irritated, inept staff who literally don't know what they're talking about. A completely non responsive owner is very disappointing. You'd think he would care about his own business and want to resolve issues that make people leave.
