I’ve never dealt with such an arrogant supervisor working for Geico. I paid my insurance ahead of time to get money deducted of course, but 45 days later they send me a $416 bill. When I call to ask why they said according to drive wise my driving score was low. It’s funny I’m on disability tore my Achilles tendon I haven’t drove in 3 months yet Drive Wise was recording my movements. When I brought this to their supervisors attention he told me in January I’ll be re-evaluated didn’t even hear what I had to say didn’t care very unprofessional. They are more about the money than lasting relationship what a waste, I will definitely go somewhere else in January.

Geico is truly a nightmare.
If you have to get in touch with them by phone usually be BE PREPARED TO WAIT UP TO AN HOUR AND A HALF.
I tried contacting adjusters it took me several days to get in touch with them before one supervisor returned the call. I truly do not recommend Geico. As I said in a previous post and this post now I HAVE NOT RECOUPED ANY OF MY DEDUCTIBLES. I DO NOT ATTEND TO BECAUSE GEICO IS OF NO HELP.. They tell me to email instead of contacting me please do yourself a favor get an agent at an agency that you could speak to that could handle all aspects of your insurance claims payments & coverages. Again finally, GEICO IS A MAJOR DISASTER AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE. If anybody from GEICO that actually wants to reach out and speak with me you have my number please feel free to call and if I do not answer leave a valid number to get back to you without going through systems that don't work

I have been with Geico for many years. I have always had payments deducted from my bank account and never had an issue. This time around instead of calling me and letting me know I was in danger of being canceled because my bank card was now expired and the new expiration date was needed to continue insurance, my insurance lapsed. Yes, I received 2 letters... Both received on the same day. One stating I would lose insurance, the other stating that coverage would continue because I gave permission for automatic payment. SO I assumed they corrected the issue. Again NEVER RECEIVED A CALL. HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER OF GEICO FOR OVER 10 YEARS. NOW HAVE TO PAY $200. MORE FOR A WEEK LAPSED INSURANCE. SO DISAPPOINTING. THEY ARE NOT THE PERSONAL INSURANCE COMPANY I STARTED WITH ANYMORE. Dan was great and would call and take calls years ago. Not anymore! Try to find a personal insurance company because this one is not and doesn't care even when it's their fault.

Poor Jonathan, he was working with a frazzled, 81 year old, newly widowed lady, who arrived in tears. I've became part of the Gieco team back in March of this year and just recently my car was in an accident. Now I'm still new to the whole insurance coverage thing, but in my opinion I think they should apply GAP insurance onto their policy only because in case if some dealerships don't cover gap or has gap, then the insurance company can do that for them. Especially if they're having trouble saving up money to go on ahead to get a whole new car, because then they'll have to go all the way back to square one again like I'm doing right now, and even though I'm working full time and collecting overtimeon top of evrything... it's still not enough. Also since the car I had was a total loss, I just wish they could of still covered my rental because my rental coverage was up to $60/$900 MAX and I'm still currently in the process of trying to save for a new car

DO NOT GET GEICO!! I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with Geico roadside and customer service. I need a tow last night at 9:30pm my tire blew and I had my 6 monthold baby with me STUCK!. After being told by a tow company they can't come until morning, I called geicO for over 3 hours and could not get a liVE person on the line. Then my request was canceled and I could NOT put in a new claim because the cancelled 1 was still there. I FINALLY get a hold of someone THIS MORNINGAT 10:30AM, I received attitude and was told I couldn't ride with the tow that I would have to take a Uber and pay out of pocket. I pay for this service for what??! I am a loyal customer for over 5 years!! I will be canceling geico as soon as I find new coverage.

Absolutely horrendous. Worse experience EVER. Agent was rude and seemed to enjoy giving me bad news.

Hello. I am currently insured with Geico Auto Insurance. I recently had to report a claim due to a major winter storm in my area. I had to proceed with a comprehensive claim as the damage was caused by a storm. Well everything was running smoothly until I was assigned an adjuster. The adjuster is claiming my policy does not cover, AFTER a previous Geico representative told me I had more than enough coverage for the incident. Myself and the adjuster had an argument and I requested their supervisor. Never heard back from them so I called the 1-800 line again. TURNS out they were making decisions and moving my case from department to department WITHOUT INFORMING ME OF ANYTHING.Keep in mind I chose one of their collision location in order to expedite the repair. My car has been sitting there all this time collecting dust. They did not even check the damage in person. They are going based PICTURES. They could not even take the decency to contact the collision center, because I called the collision center and they told me they have not said anything to us. I currently hold the best rental coverage Geico offers which is $50/day to a max of $1500.00 so I contacted the rental company and Geico has stopped paying my rental WITHOUT INFORMING ME ONCE AGAIN. The amount of stress, and headaches Geico has caused me is unbelievable. When I chose Geico I thought I had a reliable company, I now see I don't.

Put in a claim with them as their policy holder was the reason for the accident and they gave me such a hard time. First they made a wrong decision when visual proof was sent to them. Had to resend and argue it. Things that could have been resolved a long time ago they prolonged which ended up in accumulation of some reaccuring charges. Once that was over and they had to pay out they had my name completely wrong and a mixture of 2 of my addresses in 2 different states all in one address. So even if they sent out a payment I was unable to cash because of the discrepancies. Besides that the adjuster was great! And the 2nd claim specialist was good. Just make sure to be on top of them and have them repeat your information every time!!!
