Trying to get a quote for insurance with this agency was a nightmare. I worked with Mary, who in my opinion was rude/passive aggressive throughout the process. She would say things over the phone such as "you do understand, right?" in an almost inpatient tone. The process also took over 5 days (this was over a holiday, but still crazy to me just for a quote). When I told her this was a long wait, she blamed it on one of her coworkers being out from surgery, rather than taking responsibility. When I finally brought up that she had been fairly rude to me throughout the process, she simply said "I'm sorry you feel that way" and then proceeded to hang up on me. I strongly feel she needs to be retrained and better supervised.

Very quick to help with problems you might have. Beth sent me an auto insurance card to my phone- I was getting my car inspected and did not have the insurance card in the car. She made it very easy.

I asked to get a quote to change some coverage and add a coverage on Jan 16....still no word I was told when I mentioned how rude Mary was that they are really busy. No excuse. I'll be changing agents next week . Imagine being allowed to be rude because you are busy. Unacceptable.
