Buying insurance can be very annoying. But these people actually made it very easy and actually pleasant! They were very knowledgeable and helpful. They went into great detail to make sure that I got the coverage I wanted. They made excellent suggestions. My agent Chris was on top of everything. Mimi his assistant is top notch. It was great working with them. Plus they do a follow up call which went thru everything to make sure I fully understood all my coverages. I way upset being notified by my CC of increase auto bill when I got nothing from State Farm.

The person that set my appointment however... made it seem as though it was a required meeting or my policy was going to be canceled. I took off work under what I believe were false pretenses. A few months ago I was in an accident. I was injured my car was totaled and since that day I have been working to put my life back together.
