On December 5th, I called into the Nationwide Claims Dept. to discuss authorized repair centers. I spoke with Ms. Yvette Bonet and she was professional, empathetic and efficient. She provided me with the number that she was transferring me to and made me feel like a valued customer. The individual who picked up, Mr. Rob Vukan was just as professional. I worked for 17 years in a call center for Bell Atlantic/Verizon and have a good understanding of the work done here. Their attention to detail and professionalism was remarkable and experiencing not one, but two calls like this was amazing!

So far it's been good, very easy to get in touch with someone who actually cares and takes the time to deal with any issue you may have so be patient with them, MUCH better than progressive or gieco by far from customer service to low monthly payments so I'd recommend to most people.

Nationwide is a company that works for the people till the bitter end. My son who was in a accident that was not his fault. The other driver ran a stop sign and plowed right into my son's brand new 1 day old mini coop. When claims time came Nationwide had my son's back while the other guys insurance company was not cooperating. Nationwide saw us through it all. Even our deductible came back to us. Received TWO quotes from them before I bought my vehicle (one over the phone and one online) which were fairly cheap, so I decided to purchase the vehicle. As I signed the paperwork on my newly purchase car I tried adding my new vehicle to my policy and all of a sudden they told me they couldn't insure it. So here I am with a new vehicle they initially told me they could insure, and now they are telling me they can't do anything to help me and are telling me to go somewhere else to find insurance, which by the way the new insurance is crazy expensive. As their customer for 3 years I am never dealing with this company again. They have done absolutely nothing to help my case.
