I’ve been with Allstate for as long as I can remember, maybe 20 years. I call every 6 months when my bill is due to ask why my rate increased I haven’t had any accidents or tickets. This past time I called about my premium going up $250 and spoke to two different women who I feel were very dismissive and just said “rates increased” like okay but $250?? I always liked Mark and Jon, any time I called they were great. They were always thorough explaining everything in detail, I never felt dismissed. After my recent conversation, I decided to shop around for Insurance. Erie quoted me for a whole year what I pay for 6 months with Allstate and better coverage!!!! It’s a no-brainer why would I pay an extra $1300 a year and stay with a company that doesn’t seem to want my business. Go get yourself a FREE quote from Erie for better coverage and you’ll probably save hundreds if not thousands like me. You have nothing to lose!
