Catherine was extremely helpful in getting a vehicle title transfer completed for my family. We had a form prepared but she let us know about a few other legal factors we had not considered. Thanks for your great help Catherine!
Terrible customer service and staff is extremely rude! We moved back to PA from TX and went in to get assistance with transfer of title to PA. There was still a lien on the vehicle since we bought it 2 weeks before moving. We paid the fee to get the title sent to the office and there were to call us when it came in. In the interim, we paid the car off. After 2 months we were confused as to where the title was so we called Ford Credit and they said they sent it to Yurconic in August! We called them and they claim they attempted to reach us but the VM wasn't set up. This was complete BS as we both have VM set up and it's now October. We went in to finish the transaction last Saturday and the lady was so rude. She told us that since we haven't owned the car for 6 months we had to pay PA sales tax on it. We were a bit surprised and when I said that's crazy, the lady said "I didn't pull that outta my butt to make it up." Couldn't believe she would say something so rude. Keep in mind we were not rude at all to her and said we would need to get it transferred regardless. There was a bunch of documents we didn't bring with us because no one told us what we needed, so we were not able to get the title transferred. I then get a call from the office earlier this week telling me they verified we paid off the car and we could just come in to get the title. We picked up the title today and the lady asked why we weren't getting the transfer done. I said we will take the business to another agency that isn't so rude. There are lots of small agencies that would appreciate the business and not make rude comments to their customers.
I just want to personally thank Bridget at the Cedar Crest branch for her assistance, you left on stone unturned to help me when I couldn't come up with all the required documents to register my truck. your pleasantness eased my frustration, your professionalism is superb. I am well pleased with your service, now I don't need to look elsewhere.
God bless.
They are so incompetent that I have applied for my commercial vehicle’s license plates 2 months ago and it’s still not processed yet. Now they are asking me to pay $50 more to give meeee extension 🤭 wow 🤷🏻♂️. Does that really make sense?
Service was great, helpful, and very supportive. Amber helped an older man with understanding and politeness.
Open the door and walk in to a cold and chilly reception. We were not greeted by anyone but instead left standing there. We won’t be going back again. This was at the Cedar Crest location. What does it cost someone to smile and say hello?
We were treated as if we were a bother to the person instead of helping to pay her salary.
So not a good look for this well established company. Perhaps some offsite serious customer service training is much needed.
Losing customers will destroy all you worked hard to build. I won’t use her name but I know she knows who she is and why we feel this way.
Finding somewhere else who wants our business next time. Who is minding this store?
The women at this location are highly proficient and friendly. Consistently a model small business. The location is very well maintained. Easily accessible - location, parking, handicap accessibility.
The most well stocked FULL service notary - even had snowmobile registration stickers and numbers - didn’t have to wait to get them from the state.

I had to get my will and living will official with the notary services. The employee was excellent and patient. I will return here in the future.
Iris was very friendly and professional in transferring a car title from our name into our daughter’s name.
Very helpful in navigating the very difficult and frustrating process of transferring from Virginia to PA. Spoke to many attendants over weeks waiting to get a physical title from a state that has transitioned to electronic titles (please do PA...)
Bridget and brown are great ! Very helpful best service for an apportioned account in the area.
Jill G. was knowledgeable and helpful— everything you want from a notary CSR. Thank you and look forward to continuing business with you and The Yurconic Agency.
Angie was friendly, informative and pleasant. Great service!
We had to get some legal paperwork witnessed and signed. Sacha, at the Cedar Crest location was great! She ensured that all the paperwork was done correctly. Thank you again!
Jill, helped me out with a plate transfer. Was very helpful and friendly I appreciate her!
The people were very nice and it was also very fast process
Very helpful and professional. Bridget is a lifesaver. She walk me through every process and also safeme money. Thank you
A little pricey but everything gets done quickly and easily vs. if you had to figure it all out yourself.
I don't leave reviews really, but I just moved to Lehigh Valley from Minneapolis and Jenny and Michele here were so helpful and kind. PA is unnecessarily complicated and they helped me navigate it's bureaucracy with ease. Also, had to get fingerprinted here for a new job and that was easy and speedy.
I received the friendliest & most efficient help from Amber at The John Yurconic Agency today! She help me resolve my problem with the DMV in minutes; something I was unable to do for myself through Penn DOT’s website, telephone, or email. I highly recommend the John Yurconic Agency!
Will never go to this location again. I have always used the one on American Parkway and you are literally in and out. Here, it was very inefficient and the wait times were inconvenient. Not to mention they make you wait outside when it’s nearly 100 degrees.
Had a great experience, Amber is very professional, friendly and polite. Will definitely keep them in mind the next time I have to do car or truck related. Thank you for the excellent customer service.
I transferred an Atv here, sellers choice to meet here. Pretty terrible experience and fees seem to be higher than others. Also they charge you 2 1/2% of your total bill to use debit or credit. Personally I’ll never be back

Ladies are extremely nice and helpful. They really helped me get my semi truck up and running fast. Thankful with the staff, my go to place for any dmv needs.
Jill helped me several times. She is very good at what she does. Her work ethic is awesome too. Thank you
I took my 89 yr old Dad to the Cedar Crest location this morning at 9:00 am to get a replacement title for his car. We arrived slightly before 9:00am and there was already a line out the door. I stuck my head in to see if there was somewhere for my father to sit while I waited in line for us. The employee manning the front door was Judie. She quickly hustled over and told me I had to wait outside. I asked her if there was a chair for my elderly father to sit on and wait until it was our turn. She informed me there were no chairs because of COVID. Seriously---the waiting/reception area there is huge and they certainly could have strategically placed 1 or 2 chairs 6 ft apart for elderly/handicapped clients. Ironically enough as Judie was telling me there were no chairs to be used she, herself, proceeded to take a seat right there up front that was there for her to sit on. After a long wait (when you are 89 yrs old standing for any length of time is long) it was finally our turn. The woman who waited on us was very nice, but unfortunately my elderly dad had to stand and wait for approx. 30-35 minutes until our entire transaction was complete. Moral of the story is that the Yurconic agency is NOT very ELDERLY FRIENDLY. Yes, I know my father could have walked all the way back out into the parking lot and sit in the car to wait until it was his turn, but at 89 all that extra walking back and forth and getting in and out of the car is not something I wanted him to have to do because it is rather difficult for him tp do so. Come on, Yurconic Agency, every business I have taken my father to has at least 1 or 2 chairs in the waiting area so that elderly or handicapped people can sit and wait. And it's not like you are in and out of this establishment in 5 minutes--he had to stand there for a half hour while Judie relaxed in her chair. Not cool at all----
I believe these professionals deserve major awards for what they do WHILE they do it all very well. My guess, from my experience there multiple times, is the people leaving bad reviews are the bane of ALL our existence in that they show up w/o proper documentation, etc., and/or think they can talk their way out of their deficiency WHILE wasting EVeryone’s time. These workers do not make the rules but have to live by them, as we all do. I am quite sure they are not paid enough for what they put up with day in and day out. I say God Bless them and I stand in awe. Thank you, ladies!
I called and was able to get my policy done within the hour. Very helpful and informative.
Registered for fingerprinting 6 weeks earlier- took off work to make appointment- only to show up and see a sign out front that it was closed till the next day! No notification, no communication, then walk inside to a cold unwelcome entrance - no one there cared nor said hello or how can I help you just absolutely nothing. Call /800 number which is automated ! Lousy finger print service - would never recommend.
Nastiest females ever... Why must yall be so rude to people. That's poor customer service. Maybe if y'all smile once in a while you'd have better days ...#JustSaying
I usually deal with Bridget she’s been there I’m guessing the longest and she’s very attentive and very professional all the ladies there are professional and super great with customer service
I'm going there shortly... I'm scared! too many bad reviews.
LOVE THESE GIRLS specially Kimberly Brown and Bridgette , very professional always looking out for there clients, I would recommend all truckers to come here for renewals and insurance
The woman who helped us was outstanding. Very quick, very knowledgeable. It literally took minutes to get the title transferred
Kim at front desk was very friendly and helpful.
Staff greeted me as I entered with a smile.
Always get you in and out quickly and with a smile.

Bridget was very helpful and friendly. I was in and out in about 7 minutes. Great service!
Trash service
Horrible experience.
Great customer service!
These people are awesome - Period. They bend over backwards to assist in any way they can, I would not consider going anywhere else.
Did a thorough job getting antique plates an great coverage on my 2nd Harley cheap!
Michelle H, Amber and a brunette woman (sorry didnt get her name)all I can say is OMG best service ever!!!
We drove up from NYC and the women there went up and beyond to assist us with transferring our plates. Anyone coming from nyc knows that the service here is can be terrible. Kudos to these women who knows client service and compassion!!
Had an awful experience with customer service. They don’t answer phone calls during working hours and the short haired worker with the “bob” haircut is extremely rude and unprofessional with customers. I encourage people not to go there.
Cedar Crest location in Allentown.
I went to inquire about registering my car and Instead of making my process easier she told me everything in a condescending tone. She make you jump through hurdles when you can do most of their services on your own. Instead of giving you advice on the best possible way to get what you need done the lady in the first cube after the desk was not helpful at all but spoke in a tone like I was trying to beat the system. Because of her I will never ever ever ever go to any of those agencies again. FYI if you need a notary TD Bank does it for free on Cedar Crest by the Apple bees so save your money and do not pay John Yurconic Agency a dime.
Pathetic response on phone calls too offices. Let phone ring 10 times at 2 offices. No response.
Sally Strikes again. What a pleasant person /s
Today my husband and I had the "pleasure" of working with Sally. We should have known it would be a stellar experience when we walked to the counter and she stopped her loud gum chewing long enough to ask us "What do you want me to do with this?" after we handed her the paper we needed signed. What a nice greeting. Who needs a hello, how may I help you. Seeing your gum and being asked "What do youwant" is stellar customer service!!!
She immediately signed the paper before realizing that we didn't have everything we needed. She immediately told us we'd have to come back and work with her since she already signed it. We asked her a few questions and she never let us put in more than 5 words. We had been told something different than what she was telling us from our bank and kept making comments about how we should have done our research- which we had. Towards the end of our visit she told us in a very holier than thou manner of speaking that we reallly should have known what is needed. We repeated that we followed the steps we were told by our bank and told her we did not appreciate her condescension. She replied with a very insincere "sorry" complete with a loud chomp of her gum. Her sincerity rivals that of our president-elect.
Fortunately we were smart enough to go get a new copy of the paper we needed to be signed so we would not have to deal with her again. No way we will be returning to this location. YOu interact with customers . YOu should not be irritated when they have questions.
I've been going there for years. Fine folks. Knowledgeable. Courteous.
They've always been able to make unpleasant things (dealing with PennDOT, for example) fairly pleasant. That's saying something.
Very helpful
February 18th 2013 at 9am I enter the building to renew my registration; 9:03am I am back in the parking lot affixing my new sticker to my licence plate. This is not an exaggeration, I was actually done in 3 minutes. There is no possible way that the polite and friendly staff could have been more efficient. Thank You.
Horrible Service, they are very rude to customers. I gave them business and they treated me and my customers rudely. But it's there loss I’ll take my business elsewhere. No one should have to put up with this kind of garbage. And I even personally spoke to john yurkonic and he told me, well if you didn't get get nasty and rude to them they shouldn't have been that way to you. As a community we need to speak up and give are businesses to people who respect and appreciate our business. By going to places like this we our promoting bad customer service.
