I would like to recognize Ms. Dee for her amazing professionalism and immense knowledge of the notary world. She handled my vehicles title transfer into my name effortlessly and quickly and was out and on my way in less than fifteen minutes. I will be coming back for a custom tag soon :) .

I went in to register a car i just bought . And the title was salvage. . The girl did not review the tirle correctly . After about a week i recieved a call. Stating i need to return my plates because its process to register a salvage title . Which i was NOT informed before paying for registration . I decided i no longer wanted to register the car because its a long process . Because of an employee mistake i lost money. Im suppose to do. Research when. You are there to help. .why. Are people paying. You. If. Your telling people to do research. Cuz. I know what i bought. I should have been told before being charged what the process was thats your job to tell me..

I visited R&S this morning and Dee was great! She was attentive and answered all my questions. Unfortunately my issue was not resolved (due to other complications) but she was very professional and I would recommend this location.

Don’t lose your time. They do not understand that PR is another commonwealth of United State. I called them twice to make sure that they can transfer my license car to this state. I am driven to their office and he was very rude! explaining that he can’t do that! He never reviewed all the documents, also payoff letter from the bank, and a confirmed from PENNDOT. We have state drive license.

This place is a joke!.. I walked in to get a transfer done and I could not even do that! The gentleman that was there was extremely rude and too busy flirting with a female there. I am Surprised he didn't take her out back for a blow job! He was acting like he was the "BOSS" when he was looking more like a secretary! Bad customer service I walked out and went somewhere else! I do not recommend this establishment!

This place is a big joke and a waste of time to go to. Me and my wife went there to transfer a custom plate from a vehicle we traded in to a truck and they first say we can't do that and I said I was already told I can. Then they said I needed current insurance on the plate and I said wrong it needs to be on the vehicle. Then the lady had to call someone else on the phone to figure out how to transfer my plate. After the phone call she said let's see if I can do this right. I said forget it and give me my stuff back. She said I will try to do it right. I said no just give me all my stuff back and I will go to Yurconic so I know that it will be done correct and that I won't be driving around with a dead plate. SO IF YOU ARE SMART JUST GO TO YURCONIC AND SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE

1st car I transfered from NY was done electronically but the woman messed up my address and I had to get a replacement registration. No big deal.
2nd car I did was done by the Latina woman. After I paid I asked where's my registration sticker. She was like I had to do it manually. I was annoyed but it was already done. She said she will take it to the other location to get it done electronically.
2 weeks go by and nothing yet in the mail. I called Penn dot and they have no records of the car in question.
Called and got the rude woman, not the Latina one. She was like if it was done manually, it takes up to 90 days. Seriously I know the mail is slow but it does not take up to 90 days to sent a paper by US PS. Now the pink slip they gave me is useless as I can't even use it to get my car inspected. Woman at the Allen St office has no customer service skills. Very rude and refuses to look into the issue. She was like I can't log into the other person's computer to she what she did. You should be able to access any records from any computer as its linked to Penn Dot. Asked for her boss, well she's not here. So they took my money and my title so I'm stuck. Giving it 1 more week.
