I have used Allstate as my insurance provider for many years. What impresses me the most is their responsiveness and constant willingness to help. The value per dollar is unmatched. Shout out to Ryan who is always on top of things for me!

Poor handling of both my homeowners and auto insurance policy. Paid policy for 1 yr in full mishandled the renewal process and would not cancel it at my request. They cancelled my auto insurance by an error they made and would not reinstate it. Due to my auto insurance being handled so poorly, I requested to cancel my homeowners policy. The owner was not polite and accommodating at my request to cancel the homeowner policy. The process was a complete nightmare. It was paid in full and when I requested to cancel they didn’t refund the correct amount back to me. Do Not use this Jeff King Allstate Insurance agency in Glenside. They will not take accountability for their mistakes they may make in your policies.
