I had Dylan a few years ago. My car hydroplaned in I-385 and it was totaled. The quote State Farm gave me for my car was a few thousand dollars under what my car was going for at that time. I called Dylan and he told me to call claims. Which I did and the girl was very short and said take it or leave it. I called Dylan back and he did nothing at all to help me. I finally talked to a friend who told me to get a copy of my report from State Farm. They had my 6cyl Subaru stated and compared it to two different 4cyl Subarus. I finally got a fair deal. No thanks to Dylan or State Farm. Dropped them after this. State Farm is not a good neighbor.

She also helped me to update my auto insurance policy, so that was one less thing for me to worry about later down the road.

I switched over to State Farm back in May and have been extremely happy with that decision. From my first call with Erica Carrega until my policies were finalized, it was all such an easy transition. Erica was prompt with getting quotes for my home and auto over to me for review and I was set up within a couple of hours, and it only took that long because I was working and wasn't able to check my email as often as I would have liked. I'm with State Farm for the long haul.

I had a fantastic experience with this State Farm agency, particularly with an employee named Erica Carrega. I recently moved to South Carolina because of work, and this agency was referred to me by the leasing office of the apartment complex I ended up at. Erica knew exactly what to do for me in regards to my Renter's Insurance since she had experience working with my apartment complex previously. In addition to this, she even let me know that I needed to transfer my car insurance policy to South Carolina as well, something I didn't even know I had to do! She really saved me their and went above and beyond to make sure that was handled for me. To top it all off, she even gave me some excellent advice about insuring the second vehicle I was purchasing for my fiancée in another state.

All in all, this was an amazing experience and really cemented to me that State Farm is the best company in the insurance game, bar none.
