James Ownes is the worst, he upholds wrong when it comes 2 his reps in the office they are allowed 2 hang up the phone on customers just 4 asking their name. Hear the gravity of my words, I will not allow James or or his rude reps 2 disrespect me!!! Especially when my premium is keeping your lights on, giving everyone in your office a paycheck including U!!! Im longer with this agent!!

Insurance in general is so expensive. The phone person was helpful, polite and prompt. We have had our insurance with State Farm for a while. I wish I had gotten into the insurance business as a younger person. From my perspective, it seems like it would be a very lucrative business.

Do not use them for insurance, he does not care what happens to you. Slow service and his responses are "we are still better than progressive and allstate"
