Terrible customer service.
These people told me my bank account has insufficient funds, twice. I assured them I had the money, and I refused to pay the return fees, because it isn't my fault they can't do their jobs properly, so why should I pay for their obvious mistakes? The manager refused to listen or help, Because I was frustrated and accidentally cursed. After that they hung up on me, and when I tried to call back to apologize for cursing, they would pick up the phone, and immediately hang it up, while laughing in the back ground. How is this professional? Childish is a more fitting word. Yeah I cursed, but I'm also human and prone to mistakes. Never again will I do business with these clowns. If it was possible to give negative stars they would definitely get at least -6

Absolutely wonderful Customer Service !!! Speaking with Sandi is like speaking with a family member.I have dealt with her at this agency for several years now and truly feel she has my family's best interest at ❤️ compared to some other agency's and agents that I have spoken to in years past who a lot of the time were just nerve wracking and persistent on trying to sell coverage that in no way would have been beneficial to me, and my family . I know with Sandi and Allstate that I'm not being swindled out of a single penny and have the exact coverage, tailored to my family's specific needs. I give Allsate 5 stars for Great Coverage! And Sandi 5 stars for excellent customer service and honesty it is comforting knowing that I have a down to earth easy to talk to God Fearing Christian Woman as my insurance agent !!! Thank you Sandi it's always a pleasure doing business with you!!

Was the worst experience I have ever had . Not one personal phone call . They are trying to give an unheard of lowball settlement . They had no concern over my well being. They knew I was in a hard spot and still trying to give a horrible settlement . They had me agree to a settlement by putting it first thing online with 20 other pages and telling u it’s urgent to complete the first step to continue

One of the agents that work here is named Sandy and let me just say that SHE IS AMAZING!!! She does everything she can to help with your needs! I’ve never had an insurance agent to be as kind and considerate as she is. Now the company Allstate as a whole, it’s a little on the expensive side. BUT I’d rather know my vehicle is safe than to go to a small family owned agency and not be taken care of. My vehicle had been hit by a deer and it was SUPER SIMPLE to get it repaired. Money went straight to my bank account and I got to pick where I wanted it fixed! (Make sure it’s an Allstate approved place tho!) I see myself being with this company for a very long time!

I was with allstate for a while. This was my agent. My rates continually went up on my home and auto. When I finally decided to shop around and found that i was over paying especially on my home. I contacted my agent to check if they could do better where I was told no so when I got coverage elsewhere and called to cancel I was told I would not be refunded for the unused time on my auto leaving me paying for something I didn't recieve. Instead of argue given it wasn't a large sum I told them to go ahead but I would never do business with a company with no more morals then that anyway. Now I know why that office has gone through multiple leadership/owner changes and I wouldn't be surprised if it continued. Call Farm Bureau or Nationwide if you want a better price and service.

Have switched to All-State approx 6 months ago. Although have not had to file any type claim find that All-State meets all my insurance needs at a much lower cost than my previous insurance agency has for the past forty years. Billy Walker

Very hard to get Allstate to approve claims. They offered me less for roof repairs than I was quoted by several roofing companies.
