Customer service is everything! I had the pleasure of speaking with Candy- she has such a sweet voice and she was helping me with a quotes. First of all she was the insurance agent to return my phone call when our phones were lost of signal. She is knowledgeable and so personable while helping with my insurance quotes.

Worst customer service. Avoid at all costs. Just my opinion. If I could give negative. stars I would. Has blocked my calls from going through, I know this because when I call I am put on longer than 20 minute waits or "accidentally " hung up on. I am still trying to get help over an actual tornado literally hitting my house. I am to figure it out pay for it then after repairs are completed submit and hope the repairs are covered. Not what I want in an insurance company. After 18 months their home office is picking up the challenge. If I call the main Allstate company i am routed to my agent. So I have to call at night to even get them.

Poor communication. Increases in Insurance not explained and never tried to find a way to decrease expense in any way. Never got to speak to Stephen. Very disappointing 😞 So found out today 5/22/24 that they only canceled homeowners,. Had to call Allstate Customer Service to get Auto canceled effective May 13th. CUSTOMER SERVICE ISTHE WORST!!

They cancelled my policy with was paid in advance. And when they reinstated it was done with an increase. But everything was the agent fault. And as of right now almost a month later. Still have not talked to the agent after voicemail and emails still haven’t contacted me

During our visit to this insurance company, we experienced a very comfortable environment. From the snacking space for the employees to using the rest room. The owner received us with a very pleasant and welcoming attitude. It was impressive how the offices were designed and setup to feel as if one was working from the comfort of their home. I enjoyed the visit at this office and the encounter with the owner/manager made me feel totally comfortable to use their business for ALL of my insurance needs.

I am very disappointed. My husband requested roadside assistance through Allstate last Thursday 05/18/23. He had to wait 5 hours to be picked up. The area was not very good. How as a female you would feel to wait 5 hours into the night waiting for a wrecker service? Seems like Allstate doesn't care about safety of their customer. And on top I emailed my agency and Allstate. I am still waiting for a response.

Overpriced. Poor communication. Poor customer service. Tried for 3 weeks to get a quote from my agent. 2 phone reps within 3 weeks said they would call back in 24 hours. Never got a call. Most of the time I try to place a call I sit on hold… to get a recording and then told to leave a message but you can’t because you have to have a lock box number entry… so you can’t leave a message. I’m talking my business elsewhere!!!!!!!!

Prices are high, so far service is great.

Auto insurance more than doubled suddenly without any moving violations, accidents or other triggers that would cause premium to rise. I contacted the agency and never received a reply. I changed insurance carriers the next week. I plan to change my homeowner's policy to another carrier as well when the policy expires.
