Brisa and Deniss are fabulous: professional, caring, quick, and with the kind of integrity that would make a Sunday School teacher sit up and take notes. There was a foul-up with another policy a different agency wrote for me years ago. Certainly wasn't Brisa and Deniss' error -- they didn't sell Farmers' products then. But they have owned my problem and the other's error like it was their own, and they have been bulldog tenacious in getting things right for me and my family. Their approach to customer service remind me of the days the smiling attendant would hop to, pump your gas, wash your windows, and send you on your way with a smile and a kind word, seemingly in no time at all.
Their comfortable, easy styles make me feel like they are family, coming along side and saying, "Relax! We've got this." In my experience, Brisa and Deniss are role models of what small town professionals should be: skilled, kind, and tireless advocates for their clients. Bravo!
