Please train your associates to follow through for their mistake im out of pocket a third time with big down payment. This is the last time and then I'll seek other insurance companies

Cheap rates, but the claim process is horrible. Google seaharbor, who pays their claimed. Consistently get a 1 star. You’ll pay lots in premium, but the claims process will take a very long time. I had to file a complain with Texas department of insurance

Do not call this insurance company to get a quote they have some smart mouth Mexican bitch answering the phone and she is rude as hell call some body else and their rates are high as hell.

Do not go here, very bad service. First they tell you they'll give you a discount for a 5 star review. They took my money for an amount of insurance a month and after 2 weeks they raised my rates up and cancelled my policy because of an error on their behalf. I had to deal with them for a week with no results. They also have very bad customer service and rude ones. They scammed me for 400 dollars with no insurance coverage .

Can't describe it in decent words, just be sure to check your car is insured every week because somebody can cancel your payments and the insurance company cancel policies without any notice and then a couple of months later when you find out what's happening, the money disappeared

Good insurance place overall but it's hit or miss with who helps you. If they are experienced you will have no problem but they have a high turnover rate of employees.
