If I could give this place a 0, I would. They are liars, scammers, and literally steal from you. The agents are clearly not knowledgeable in this field and give misinformation to their clients. My rate went from $152 to $352 because an agent gave me misinformation about my Drive Safe & Save, then when trying to resolve the issue, they lie and then say they can’t do anything for you. Extremely unprofessional and disgusting behavior on behalf of these people. They should be ashamed of themselves trying to lie and steal from people. Never using this company again!

State Farm is the worst insurance company and this agent wasn't helpful at all in filling my claim or helping during the claim process.
I have been fighting with State Farm last 3 month due to roof damage and water leak during the hail storm last March and we're not getting anywhere with them!!!!!
All my neighbors got their claims approved and changed their roofs due to the extensive hail damage during the storm except me since I counted on this garbage insurance!!!
Even their inspector they show up for 5 minutes and take poor quality pictures to declined your claim!!!!!
The agent is only responsive for the policy renewal and collecting money from the customers.
Definitely it's a garbage insurance company who is trying to avoid paying your claim at any cost :-(
Please stay away and find a better provider even with a higher price.

I had came and left a 5 star review because everything was great until today. I signed up with State Farm because they originally had the best rate for my son and I. Then a few days later I received an email in regards to a steer clear program. Then I realized what this office is doing to bring in business. Krish the representative never once mentioned the Steer clear program or the discount included from the program. He casually slipped it in and like myself many people probably don’t notice it until they receive an email that a package is on the way. This is bad business and clearly not honestly!!!! Then when you call back to address the issue they will tell you the actual price you’ll be paying without the unannounced discount. I’m am very unhappy and if I could give 0 stars I would!

My experience so far has been too frustrating. During the initial stages when I got an auto quote, my agent proposed bundling with life insurance. I changed my mind soon after and decided on auto only. However, this has never been effected since February 2023 and I continue to be deducted for a policy I do not have. Calling the office has been frustrating as am always told Autumn is busy and will call back but this never happened. I have managed to get Autumn twice on the phone and both times she assured me the life policy has been cancelled in vain. I called and requested to speak to Al but was told he is unavailable. Honestly for a year now my experience has been frustrating. My billing has come out different each month claiming the billing department messed up so they need to charge more. When I try to call I need to call constantly since they won’t answer.

I have had them for maybe 2yrs now and everything was fine. However the recent customer service has been horrible. I was told I could reinstate after experiencing a family situation which caused me to be late so I did. I was told twice everything was all good and I had coverage. My plan was set to renew and I wanted to discuss coverage to see if I could get my rate down but was told I had to wait until my reinstatement was pushed through the system. Again I was told I’m fully covered so don’t worry. This was all 1st week of February. I received a call today basically saying I was never covered and the payment I sent via debit card was essentially refunded by check literally weeks ago( the day after I reinstated). They just didn’t see the memo from the underwriter until today. Meanwhile all month they have been telling me I’m all good and covered. They even checked before I reinstated to make sure it would through with the underwriter or at least that’s what I was told. I called a week after I paid to reinstate and again was told I’m covered they are just waiting for stuff to go through the system to generate a renewal. I was told the system is slow. I was told I would receive a call for the renewal to discuss but I was reinstated. Lies! Apparently I have been driving around uninsured all month because they failed to see a memo from underwriting that was noticed today but sent to them weeks ago. I didn’t get an apology or anything. They took zero accountability and I still have not received the refund check they say was sent and it’s been more than 10 business days. I requested to speak to Al or a manger twice today and have received no communication with either. I have even referred friends to this company so I’m completely shocked at this whole situation. I should have received a call immediately from a manger or Al seeing as that there is clearly a communication problem within the company and it greatly affected the client. I’m disgusted how things were handled today and I do hope to receive a call and my refund ASAP!

Update: The manger did call an left a VM. I have since this review spoken to him twice. I explained I fully understand why the policy did not reinstate my issue is not the reinstatement it is the lack of communication and being given false information for almost a month and still after almost a month not receiving a refund. They took no real responsibility just explained they are the middle person. No one should be told they are covered for weeks only to find out you are not! That is unacceptable business. That was my point I wanted to get across. That and they need to work on how and when information is communicated between them, the underwriters, and clients. I have moved on from this company and will not be returning!

Customer Service was ok. What I didn’t appreciate was the dishonesty from The person that customized and finished my quote whose name is ERIC GIBSON. He added discounts I wasn’t supposed to have so of course they could help the quote he was giving me, but that they could later on fall off and increase my insurance rate. Very disappointing and also my fault for trusting he was doing his job and not going over my auto insurance binder otherwise I would’ve noticed he had added a life insurance discount ! If you’re gonna get a quote in this office always look at the insurance binder and make sure they are giving you only the discounts you should have. Otherwise they will fall off later on and they will backcharge you for it !

Al Johnson Insurance agency Insured my business with the "State Farm" it was the worst insurance I ever had. I'll never do it again. They will abuse you with their mail, even if you cancel your policy they are going to send you a mail at least twice a week. Horrible customer service.

Hands down best insurance agent I have ever had. When my apartment building caught fire I lost almost everything. On top of losing everything and having to move, the stress of having to figure out how to make a claim and follow up would have been pretty overwhelming. Al walked me through everything even brought a check to me within a few days just to help until the claim was settled. Amazing agent that has proven he will go the distance to meet my needs.
