I wish I could give this place more than a 5 star rating. Someone vandalized my vehicle the day before New years eve (12/30/22). So, I decided to stop by their office. I went in without an appointment, but Chelsea Hwangbo helped us with the insurance claim process with very detailed information. She has been keeping me updated by providing multiple options I can choose from. I am so thankful for this because I found that the body shops are so busy right now that they aren’t taking any estimates until March. Overall she was very helpful and professional. Also everyone in the office was very friendly and helpful. So far my first insurance claim experience went smooth and easy.

More than 5 stars!!! There was an accident while our employee is heading to the vendor . The problem was English is the second language of our employee and there was a hardship on reporting this accident to the police and the Statefarm. Jinah from this office helped our employee as our spokesperson and all team members of this office tried to locate the service shop by calling numerus local service centers. Finally, our service truck is shipped and got repaired. I strongly recommend this company !!

State Farm "Chelsea Hwangbo" team is extremely helpful handling customer issues such as car accident, quote, billing and also technical difficulties. Every single person in this team is very patient, responsible of resolving issues that the customer has. I've been working with State Farm Insurance for more than 10 years now and I always feel this team is worth of every penny and very comfortable even if I face a big issue which cause me a lot of trouble.

Sometimes, living abroad is stressful, especially facing with the unexpected events. I was devastated pulling out my hairs to handle my car accident. I was more than pleased to write this review about my experience with Chelsea Hwangbo and her staff. I needed some information and they were johnny on the spot for me. During my conversation with Gina in reference to my claim she apprised me that lowering my deductible will help me in the foreseeable future. I am amazed with the service and how this office looks after your well being. I would love to give Gina 10 stars for her customer service but unfortunately I could only give a maximum of 5 but Chelsea Hwangbo and Gina, you are a 10 star establishment in my book. I would gladly recommend anyone looking for AAA service to speak with this office.
