Jenny listened and asked questions to ensure she understood the needs and the complexity of my scenario. She brainstormed options with me and ran quotes for all of the options to ensure I could make an informed decision. Jenny definitely offered non-traditional options, which tells me she really knows the insurance products she has available to meet her clients' needs.
Even when it looked like it was not financially feasible for me to move my policies to Allstate, Jenny continued to think of available options to help me keep my insurance costs within my budget. She really went above and beyond for a "maybe" client. I can only how amazing she is when she is advocating for a client.
It's been a number of years since I switched to Allstate for car and renters insurance. It has been easy to do business with them and they continue to make changes so that it's even easier to navigate their website. I have been very happy with Allstate.
