Worst experience ever, We were contacted by Allstate representative Annette She gave us prices that seemed better at that time so we we signed up, then prices started to change . They begin to withdraw amounts that made absolutely no sense. Then they removed discounts based on not having the information they supposedly needed which should have been known immediately when we signed up. Also they cancelled our home policy when they tried to take an unauthorized payment for our auto very odd and suspicious. . Then they said if we did not have over 1k plus for payment that they would cancel our auto. Major strong arming , no transparency. This caused undo stress and took hours and hours of my time to go through all of our policies and the emails of them trying to explain why they were doing what they were doing. Ryan Ross and Jeremy Olson are running a really shady business and the kicker is they are still trying to bill us !! Trust me stay away !!

I had a question about my new home policy and my previous agent had sold his business so this was my first interaction with my new agent. They conducted a review of our home, auto and umbrella policies and helped me to understand where I could save money on the premiums by adjusting coverages/deductions that still provided ample protection for us. They noticed that we weren't receiving a discount on our auto insurance since we had retired and made that adjustment to our policy as well. I feel like I better understand our coverages and we are now paying less than we would have otherwise. It was a quick, thorough and painless process.

I just signed up for the miles wise program and very excited to see how that works. So glad that they offer this type of program for I don't think many insurance companies do. Also before that I saved over $100 on the drive wise program. Keep it up Allstate you have a customer for life.

Jeremy's office business is classic  'click & bait' by offering lower premium for the initial six month and then magically increasing the premium for the next six month term. They tricked me to sign up with Allstate by offering a lower premium for the first six month and then increasing the premium after 6 months. When I called to inquire about the increase they said the 'Drivewise' discount does not apply anymore. I rejected the 'Drivewise' discount to begin with. So they applied without telling me to keep the premium low and then took the discount off.

I contacted David Gonzalez a few weeks ago after purchasing a new car. He was very helpful getting the car added to the policy and he also directed me to a few other areas of my total policy(s) that I might consider to adjust, save some $, etc. Then, within a week of those communications, we had front windshield damage on the new car. It required complete replacement and limited options (OEM only for a new 2024). I decided to go through the dealer, pay out-of-pocket and request reimbursement. David assisted with these details, and ultimately gave me the assurance that this could all be arranged with the dealer, Allstate claims, etc. He is taking care of those details. Great service up to this point. Thank you!

This insurance been the best fit for me since the prices skyrocketed. They were able to offer me a good combination between auto,renters and drivewise. So far I am happy with the choice of being with Allstate.

We have been working with Kris Oliver for a couple of years and are very happy with her level of expertise, responsiveness, and overall customer care. We finally have all of our policies under the Allstate umbrella thanks to Kris and can sleep better at night knowing we are covered figuratively as well as literally with the appropriate coverage amounts so in the event of something unforseen, we don't need to worry about surprises for lack of adequate coverage which we have sadly faced with other insurance companies. Jeremy Olson is a great person who determines your needs in a fair and equitable way. The Allstate Team is really stellar and I am very happy with my car insurance! I do not know Jeremy personally. This is an honest review and I give them 5 stars from my experience with them.
As an informative side note, my car was sideswiped by a driver who did a swipe and run across the entire side on my newly leased car. Fortunately, I was able to see their license plate. Unfortunately, they were an uninsured motorist. I did not have to pay my deductible and chose CarStar in Edmonds for my repairs.
They team up with Enterprise and I did not have to go to the Enterprise office. They brought my rental car to CarStar and picked it up when my vehicle was finished. I ordered the cheapest car and because it was not available, they brought me a very cool Nissan at no extra charge. Excellent service, all around.

My experience with Allstate here was consistently good until they cancelled my vehicle policy and didn't answer my phone calls.

I live in Ballard and having an insurance agent literally right down the street is very convenient! Now obviously in these Covid days, I can only contact them by phone but that will eventually change and I know my agent, Kris Oliver, well from before Covid days.

I am always unable to reach someone in the office they typically do not call me back and if they do is 3-4 days later. I end up calling the 1800 number and working thru them. I don’t want a local agent they don’t do any thing for me but send me spam like the email to do a review which I am doing now get rid of them and lower our rates

The woman I spoke to on the phone was extremely pleasant to talk to and didn't make the whole process a chore. I had an accident in January, and really struggled to get in contact with anyone. My emails and phone calls were ignored.

I had to pay for the accident out of pocket, even though I was covered. They didn't even pay the DOT, and it's been months. Don't go with Allstate.

The agents have been great problem solvers, friendly, professional and very responsive. We’ve saved a lot of money changing to AllState and have much better coverage now.

Worst ever experience with Allstate rental insurance. Without my interference you people made changes in my insurance and sending mails for extra payment. This literarily cheating customer and never ever will recommend Allstate to any of my known people. Not even proper response from your executives as well and not evening found soft spoken from your executives.

Been with Jeremy Olson Insurance since the late 90s. Seriously. I've shopped around, but I get the best prices here. Also, the customer service has always been top-notch ...and is the main reason I stay. I get prompt service, honest responses, and great bundled pricing.

I first became an Allstate customer in 1976. Then I was out of the country for a long while, so there might be a 20 year lack of coverage between 76 and now. So I guess I've been a customer for 24 years in total. within the limits of policies and abilities they always do a good job for me. Does this mean I absolutely love insurance agencies in general? Perhaps not. 24 years speaks for itself.

Allstate Insurance has been almost twice the price of other comparable policies. I have come to realize they have been overcharging me for over 10 years and every time I've inquired about a possible claim they have refused it.

Kori Valentine is an awesome agent. She made things very simple for me and set me up with a great bundle on my insurance. She was very understanding and was fun to chat with. I did not feel any pressure to bundle from her like a lot of "sales type" people come off like. I feel like she has my back and helped me do what's best for my situation. I loved her attitude and she was very genuine. I love that when I call I feel like I am talking to a friend vs just a business. I love Allstate. Kori is awesome!

Miles Kendrick told us what ever he thought we wanted to here then dropped contact and left us in the cold after a week . Called and talked with Cory who got a hold of him said he was going to call in a few min and no call in 24 hrs.

Getting quotes for my auto insurance and I must say, Billiant Bear (I hope I’m spelling his name correctly) has got to be the most informative and nicest kid I’ve ever spoke to on the phone, your lucky to have him on your team, if I had a company I’d be trying to steal him from you! I’m seriously thinking of switching over just so he can be my insurance agent! He explained and went over every aspect of coverage! No one has ever explained it to me or probably could like he just did! Great communication and people skills along with excellent company knowledge! Keep Billy Bear and give him a raise! 👍🏼

This agency has always been exceptional at connection, communication, explanation, and versatility in examining our policies, keeping us informed of options, and providing meaningful information for us as requested to make the decisions we've needed to make. Though I've considered moving to other agencies before and have pursued the options, there has never been a sufficiently compelling financial reason to justify leaving this kind of care and service behind.

Had a very bad experience with this company. They were quoting me home and auto insurance for a new home purchase. I disclosed an earlier minor accident in the first conversation with the rep, Sarah. She made multiple quotes for me and pressured me to sign up ASAP. Only when, at the advice of my old rep at Geico, did I press her--"are you sure you REALLY factored in that prior accident?" --did she hastily admitted she had not, and told me the rates I'd actually pay would be $400 more. She blamed this on not having my driver's license although she'd never asked for it prior to that AND she had been informed of this accident from Day 1. (Also - my Pemco agent was able to give me an accurate quote without it - so even this excuse seems dubious.) She took no responsibility and blamed me. I emailed Jeremy Olsen about this really bad customer experience and he never replied. I would not recommend this agency for bait-and-switch sales tactics, false quotes and poor customer service.

Allstate have been taking care of me for almost 5-6 years? I know they were there for my first Apartment's renter's insurance and they were there for me when i purchased my first car and i am still driving that same car after 5 years. when i get my own house I'll be counting on Allstate to be there to help me protect it.

We've had homeowners & auto insurance with Jeremy for many years. We've had a burglary that involved making a claim. We've had to change our coverage to account for changes in our circumstances. Through all this he's been consistent, attentive, and offered good follow through. When he could save us money by changing, even improving our coverage, he did. Can't recommend him highly enough. And I find his rates to be very reasonable.
