I looked at the pictures on my home, do not agree with them yard was maintained and the outside, the a/c was put on this summer. and they cut the siding a small amount and the cable was installed with new wiring. the tree was not on.the home. It was on the hot tub room outside, we cut the piece off , it really don't matter much with the home, Rommell didn't do a good job, didn't talk with us, and the pictures are not right fit for what he says Thank You Gloria White

It has been a few years since we had renter's insurance with Allstate. We have not used it yet but the rate has remained the same and they do periodically check in with us. I would recommend this company to others and I gave 4 stars because I believe no one company is perfect and can always improve their services in one way or another.
