Merrill and Merrill specifically is great to work with. They're very friendly, and responsive.

FANTASTIC!! It's important to note that they are BROKERS which means they can assist you with insurance through multiple providers; they don't just represent one company like many other offices. This has been a wonderful benefit as I have been able to switch companies while maintaining coverage seamlessly. When my previous company jumped up their rates for 2018, Natalie was able to find me another plan and save me about $500!! I've also worked with Claire and Andrew when l had questions/concerns and they have all been awesome. It's not too big, family owned and they definitely take care of their customers to the best of their abilities. I've been with them for a couple years now and I will stay with them as long as possible, highly recommend!

If you like archaic billing methods, never-ending email correspondence and constant notices about your insurance being canceled because Merrill & Merrill's payment structure can't even change a card over or activate autopay, then enjoy this pain in the side. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Also, enjoy constant error messages rendering you useless to try to fix the problem yourself when customer service can't.
