While our premiums might not be the lowest they can be, the customer service we receive is top notch and worth it. I’ve been with Allstate for years and have always been met with great customer service. I’ve had to file a few auto claims and they all went smoothly. At times I think about shopping around to get better pricing, but you get what you pay for and I’d rather talk to a person who you can get thru to immediately rather than an 800 line or bot. Overall great agency!

We just had a big increase in the cost of our homeowners policy so my husband called around for pricing with other companies. While he was doing that he also did our auto policy. Another company had lower prices and more coverage. We have had 2 policies with Allstate (home and auto) for I’d say 40 years. I think we’ve make one claim on each policy in all those years. We also have 2 more policies (umbrella and boat)that we’ve had for probably 20 years with no claim on either policy. When we talked to the agent at Allstate she offered us no incentive to keep our policies with Allstate so we moved to another company. That seems like very bad business—it seems like we’d be the customers you’d want to keep.

Signing up was very easy and it took maybe 30 minutes to do. I didn't want to pay everything right away so the person I spoke with set up an easy monthly payment plan. Overall it has been a good experience, so far.

Poor and disrespectful customer service. I had never experienced something like this in my life!! They changed my policy to something that I had never requested. Based on law, they should have called me and verify / clarify it with me before making any changes! That would be just a simple phone call!!
I know that they're going to respond me here and off course say hey we don't recognize you, but I have documents to prove what I explained.
I sometimes feel sorry for some people! If you don't know how to treat your customer, you better to close your business! Good luck.

I have had Allstate insurance for 30 yrs & have been very happy with them. The customer service is wonderful & staff always friendly. They have always been fair & take the initiative to make sure I'm getting the best deal possibly. I actually feel like They are on my side. I highly recommend them.

I have had auto insurance through Allsate for about 20 years and have been very satisfied with the service that I have received. I have had a number of minor accidents, mostly not my fault, and have received all the medical care that I have needed as well as speedy assistance with repairs. Allstate's representatives have always fielded my many questions patiently and graciously.
