Wally helped me get my first car insurance policy when he drove down to Acura of Southcenter at 1AM so I could take my new car home one night in 1995. Thank God Wally has been my insurance agent all these years because I’ve had: two flooded houses, six car wrecks(one our fault), seven rock chipped windshields repaired or replaced, lightning struck a transformer that caused a power surge that ruined a lot of high-end electronics causing $100,000 in damage, a $5,000 pool cue was stolen out of a limo at a bachelor party and I’m sure there has been a couple other claims that I’m forgetting over the last 27 years?!?! All of these claims and Wally has been there to help me with everything along the way… I swear that I feel like i won the lotto because Wally picked up the phone after midnight to come down to Tukwila that night! Eventually you’ll have a problem and you’ll need to file a claim, believe me you’ll want Wally and Chris to help you get your problem behind you.
